I made this mix tape around 2011, which was around the time I was quitting a stable market research job to head back over to Europe without any plan or career path. I guess one could make the argument that I’m still on the same bullshit all these years later (it should be noted: the Alex Jones clip was from a time when Alex Jones was just the yelly guy on that Linklater film).
The Mix Tape Radio Show is a series of mix tapes put together by HI54LOFI. He's been doing it for years; sometimes with new episodes every 2 weeks, sometimes nothing for months. He's sketch like that. But the tapes are pretty solid pieces of ear candy & there is a large accumulation of them to bridge any time gaps—so all is forgiven at the end of the day.
